UK Site law makes us use 110v transformers.
 
I guess the builder of the cabs is also a builder :)

As it's shown in millimetres, just divide the figures shown by 25.4. And, hey presto, it's in inches.

Anyone got a cut sheet for this sub 18, i cant make head nor tail of the plans, lloks like the joint on top is on the inside then next plan looks like its on the outside

I think it's just the way the markers for the dimensions have been added; the largest version I can find with a quick google doesn't seem to be intending to show the joints as such I think.
If it were me, I'd make the base and top full width with the sides sitting in between them, but arguably as long as all the joints are well made it probably won't matter too much.

the plans give you the internal size, when ive built them I add 35/40mm on the for folded grill ect.
