Check the transformer TR2 or the bridge rectifier D11. Wink

Hi, If you don't understand where TR2 or the bridge rectifier is D11, then you really should give this to an engineer to repair this as there are very high voltages around the board. Confused

The bootstrap power supply is used to 'BOOT / start' the SMPS and the transformer TR2 along with a few other components are used to do this. The problem you have of the fuse blowing is most like to be in this area.
