What toastyghost is pointing you to isnt the same thing you asked for though.
A female to 2 x male adapter is just a scary prospect.

Oh snap, I didn't read the original post correctly. You want to take two 32A 3ph feeds and turn them into a single one? Why?!

so you want to use 2 x 32a 3ph supplies and create a 63a 3ph feed - no you bloody cant and please dont as you will be deaded if you cross any one of the phases.....
 
I would suggest you use 2 32a 3ph distros and work out your loadings....
