How does it compare To Renscoop/S118 Guv?

I heard 2x S118s last friday, and I gotta tell yah, effortless 40hz in pairs...
It was an Allen & Heath Mixer though.... Embarrassed

Dont understand why people say you cant hear the sub close up with these !?

supers got no chance compared to them!!

My old scoops sounded good in pairs, at 5M & 30M

So that's at least short and medium throw.

Those x-15HL are almost identical to staiper's 15'' microscoop. I once went through it with a measuring tape, couldn't find any real differences in the designs. All measurements were within 1cm of the staiper plan. Nice overall build quality,13 layer 18mm birch ply, good quality paint and very sturdy drivers. http://www.highlite.nl/index.php/highlite/silver.econtent/catalog/highlite/entertainment_products/dap_audio/speakers/high_grade_series/x_15hl
