The first speakers I blew were a pair of wharfedale lintons (that my grandfather gave me) when I was about 12 or 13, memories! Shame, because they sounded rather nice.

Cheers mate,

The mixer is a Urei 1603, its a bit weird because the 0db on the eq is not at the 12 o'clock position, its more like 2 o'clock but its a solid mixer and each channel has its own aux send so I use my echo on whatever I like.

Thats my mate AJ in the mix there, shes called Dutti B I think. Really good dj, you can catch her on the tunnel crew breakfast show on freeparty fm every other sunday from 1pm till 5pm. 4dj's, 1 hour each. She's normally playing on it as the studio is at her house but it changes every fortnight.

I know you lot are more into the party type stuff but for what it's worth, here's some belated pics from the stages we ran at Blackpool Rebellion Punk festival last month

The Arena: Gary from Aquarius's Rig. My main room for the weekend:
4 x ASS 18's on sub, 2 x ASS 2x15's and a single ASS 15 on mids and 4 x HI Q specials on Tops. A side.

LS9 on Foh. Had a wail of a time with this.

And my rig used upstairs in the Pavilion:

2 x logic 18's, 1 x 2x15's and 12" + 2" + 1" mid/top a side.

Whole stage Looked good too when lit by mac 600's.

Peter Murphy from Bauhaus didn't think it was too shabby either.

those urei 1603 are quality.
HTFR had them half price last year so we bought 2.

i think the 2 'o'clock position of the 0db on the eqs are a good idea, keeps those persky djs who cain normal mixers in check a little.
they also have -3 and -6 db switches inside the case, flick on the -6db and its almost impossible to redlight the mixer at all.
