anyone recommend a good pc alarm?

I had this for a while:

http://bluefive.pair.com/alarm.htm

but a couple of days ago mcaffe suddenly decided there was a trojan viirus thing in the .exe file and so it deleted it and the program would work no more. If I try and reinstall it immediately finds the virus and deletes it, so maybe something has somehow gotten embedded on the page or something.
I did find another but it was so over-complicated, I managed to end up with it beebing every 15 mins while I was trying to sleep but not playing the alarm in the morning. pretty annoying.

Just needing an mp3 playing alarm (or any other format of audio file) so that I will wake up instead of just dreaming about the alarm sound and so not noticing that it is rel and I am supposed to be awake now. I find that very annoying!!
