Over 4 years on...Is anyone here knowingly rolling with the 18'' eminence scoops?
Obviously without the tweeter cut in the front baffle!
Anyone built any of the smaller sizes ?
Heard an orignal Fane built scoop a while back with just a 400w driver & it was unbelievable!
Just wanted to know what these emi's were like if built to spec?

Hi mate, ain't been on here for a while so bit late with my post but I have 2 of these 'original' scoops. Will try and load them when I get a chance (B-line 800's) and let you know the results.

A friend of mine got given a very old pair of these scoops (18" versions with the tweeter lol) and uses them for the low end on his bass guitar, never turns them up much and gets an amazingly deep sound.Maybe a bit over the top but produces good results, can imagine they are still pretty good for PA use.
