Getting coated with fiber matting and polyurethane

Some more sanding and do the final coating including the aluminum corners.

Looks good. I did spot you fibreglassed over the nut-holes for the driver attachment didn't you.
At least you know it will last forever now you've fibreglassed id. Just wondering if you'll be putting a grill on?

Yep fiberglass over the bolt holes but just poke it and there will be hole again. Ill put screen on it but just by the square opening, and then put also a detachable board (via twist lock) with 4 wheels on it.

@ Ibex: They are modified T-18 they called it here Sub-scoop, deeper but narrower than T-18

Thanks..To make it more tougher against bumps and scratches, its common here in my place that diy speaker bins are coated with fiber glass.

I could not able to put the volume to normal level, neighbors ang complaining about the bass
