Have enyone tried to sim a 12" version of the CB-18?
I meen, could this be a small killer box?

And then the 12" MTH-30 which a have heard my self (cracy bass from one 12")
Have some one tried a 18" or 15" version? to have the same greate bas, but whit more power and cabebel of going deeper?

Cheers :)

the tapped horn on here (15") goes 3db louder, and has 12hz more bass extension Wink (-3db at 40hz, as opposed to 52hz with the mth-30)

edit: the plan may be a few pages back :)

yes, overall size of MTH30 is 127L, THAM15 is 187, so 60L difference.

there are many other tapped horn designs over on diyaudio.com in their subwoofer section - depends on your exact requirements

i remember seeing one that in a group of 4 did 140db at 30hz, pretty impressive (18" tapped horn)

Also that 18" FT30 is pretty insane!

Still a 12" "CB-18" would bee nice :)
