I'm trying to CAD up the 1850 horn and am having a problem with the baffle. If I draw the baffle in and then set it to the correct angle as per the plans it does not match up to the measurements on the other side again as per the plans. Hopefully you will see what I mean in the picture below.

The solution is probably staring my in the face but I just cant see it.

18mm. I could just extend the other panel up but thats not the point, I cant see why I cant translate from the plan to my computer.

if the wood is 18mm thick in your cad drawing.. then the piece on the right of the picture (access panel / surround in the original plan) doesn't look 18mm thick at all.. that would affect it a bit..

The cabinet depth is 750mm to the outside of the rear panel, so depth from front to inside of rear panel will be 18mm shorter - did you account for that?  Calculating it out, the 190 dimension is probably closer to 189.2mm

This is my problem, I have taken 750 to the inside of the rear panel. Thank you!
