i love em myself but im looking for a 4k amp n need to sell some of my 1200s to fund it but i wont part with any of my 1500s. All the vtxs are massivly overenginered. Theres one on the cloud website that has so much dust it must have acted like a 15tod duvet n it was still runnin... So many other amps would have simply gone bang at that. by the way their customer support is awsome.

I´m undecided.
I can get a Cloud VTX 1200 for 350€, a Chevin A-750 for 400€ or a KME SPA 1200 F for 380€ What should i go after for comps? |

if u do want a cloud 1200 I can post one out to u
Mine are in pretty good condition - they are mostly ex install. I have cleaned em inside n out and are tested. Can PM some pics if u like (there is a pic of my amp pile here to give u a idea http://sites.google.com/site/steptonehire/home/amps can do through ebay and paypal to cover u if u like.. but u would have to pay the paypal / commission and postage but this would still be way short of 350 euros... can do some sums if ur serious... my friend doesn't want the others I am selling and the other 1200s are going on for sale board over the weekend. cheers Steptone

would be an option. but there are bank fees and higher shipping costs that boost the price again.

This Poor man's confused about the power output! but the price is about right? I wouldn't expect this to go over 60-70 quid? shame really for a nice well built amp! I had some a couple of years ago and sold them to a SP member for £40 each! |

Never criticise another man until you've walked a mile in his shoes. Once you have, call him what you like, you're a mile away and you've got his shoes!

i have 2 VTX 750's and they have always been reliable. The chevin would be my choice off that list for comps hands down.

Might well be tempted by a VTX, haven't got any Clouds in my collection yet and I'm looking for a nice clean amp for comps. Remember you selling them Colin, kicked myself I didn't go for it - 750 would have been perfect.

Crests just sound good full stop. I used to run a P4601 (class AB not H) on my top end, and on my hi-fi, lovely sound.
And a shameless plug for another VTX1200 for sale, and a VTX750 with no lid...... |

It´s my first system and i never had any amp, so not much experience.
I heard good things about Chevin and Dynacord S 1200 for comps. both are on ebay in my country so I will probably take one of them. Any thoughts on dynacord vs. chevin? |
