hey guys
ive had this marshall 400w pa amp laying there for a few years now, it has 4 outputs 2 'link' outputs which are line level and 2 inputs, i cant find any info about it on the internet or anything, there isnt even a model number on it... does anybody know anything about it??
pictures follow... and i tried to get a pic of the internals but i couldnt get the lid off for some reason.

It's designed as a bass guitar power amp, connected to a bass preamp or from the pre outs of a bass combo for more juice to drive another cabinet or two.
Seem to remember the model is 6040 or something...looks like the model numberon the back panel ends in 40 so I might be correct. Pictures inside would be awesome, I'd guess it's a basic, solid amp...might be good for hi-fi or studio use due to the lack of a fan. |

Marshall IBS owners manual which includes the 6040, which this does appear to be.
