been building this for the last three days. i did cheat though as i got the wood and baffle holes cut for me. didnt have to much choice as me table saw is in the uk. just desided to use glue to hold the entire cab together. i built it for my birthday party in june and am loading it with two fane 18xb's.
that i already have. it is the first time i have used ply it is so much nicer than working with mdf i find.

heres just some random pics. im a little further into the build now (have the top on) and will try get some more pics up later on after i get the final side on.

rus. Smile

Quality build mate... Ya will love um.
I corner cut one end off the pair i built... with a couple of castors on the angle they are a one man move :-) To be honest tho that ply & build are better than mine Embarrassed... saying that mine have been gigging solid for over 6 years now & are solid so I didnt do so bad....

Rus jus read what ya wrote bout 'only glue' - dont do it mate... put screws in too, shame not to have it solid as ya already spent 3 days on it, it will last years with a few screws.

Wicked build Rus ClapThumbs Up.  I agree with Nick though , some screws would help keep the box together better than glue alone.
