After testing my X1's on the inf6 can safely say I'm happy with the results god only knows what they would sound like driven from an inf 8 as with some bass heavy music and the inf 6 on just over half Boom!!!

well i have just loaded mine after three years in the process of building as and when i have time and or cash i have opted for loading them with the void V18 and i havent driven them on a proper amp yet as havent had the time as of yet but i hooked it up to a hifi amp just to make sure everything was working and im happy with the sound at low volumes so cant wait to hook them up to my void inf6 in bridge mode to hear their full potential unleashed i was going to build four X1 but really dont think i need four at mo

the ratio is 1 hog to 1,5 X1.
so you would need 6 X1 to keep up with 4 Hogs. the advantages of the x1 are that they are super easy to build, much lighter then the hogs + even go low in singles. that's why they are great for small venues & transportation in small vehicles as well. super-multi-purpose ;) Edited by Diaz - 29 May 2016 at 8:28pm |

i agree, i've never quite been totally contented stood in front of a hog based system, but i do love my x1s. horses for courses, and if you are after brutality then hogs are probably the winner. james |

Have used both, can say the x1s will go lower in singles or pairs and are much more warm, but the hogs are alot more brutal and physical

X1s are huge for what they do and awkward to move. Hogs are all round a much better cabinet.
