TO BE CLEAR- The Drivers in GREEN seem to meet the parameters. I added other drivers- who others on this forum have tried in scoops. They would be the drivers Written in BLACK with the RED font where it falls outside the suggested parameters.
Confused
When you gonna send me some $$ mate ?

Clap
Never claimed to know everything about anything in regards to scoops and or drivers for them. Merely trying to help all the members on here choose wisely as information on the drivers suggests. I accept any criticism from any members to modify and change the list and it is open for anyone to add to it or subtract from it. THIS IS WHAT THIS FORUM IS FOR-  ISN"T IT? EXCHANGING INFORMATION? HELPING EACH OTHER?
Excuse my rant, maybe I should have been more clear. Maybe I should change the name of the list to
Drivers/Woofers- Scoop compatible or not?

you mentioned large chamber scoop. the only drivers that seem to work in large chamber scoops are high powered drivers such as void, pd1850, 51, tmax, fane1500 etc. eminence drivers cant handle any power at all, and will over excursion way before you get any real levels if you put them in a large chamber scoop. but tight chamber scoops some emi drivers work fine. ive had and used some, 15" and 18". if that guy is refferin to me not knowin what im talkin about ask him why eminence design scoop is tight chamber and not large chamber then if large chamber suits emi drivers.

I remember Rog saying one time that Kilomax was only good for a large reflex box. I remember when they first hit the market, mate of mine with some tubbys scoops went and got a load and fitted them, they did one gig and he sent them back! lol.

As for the list, it deffo needs to have Fane Colossus XB's on it, proven small chamber scoop driver Wink
Stone Lion Sound System, The Garden City Rockers. It's all about the music & the vibe.

Driver names in Blue are Lev recommended, Green are good, Red shows where the parameters have fallen outside the general requirements a bit, (but driver will still work ok)-. Purple is 'close enough' I will add to the list as time allows. Anyone with knowledge on drivers- pass it on. Thumbs Up If there are any drivers on here that are COMPLETELY incompatible with a scoop, then let me know, or copy and paste the list and take it off yourself, or if there are any drivers that should be on here let me know, or add them yourself.
BLESS.

Lev (or anyone)
1/ Should the B&CTBX100 'go green" ?its only .02 off QES and its a proven driver
2/Also the RCF,L18P300 is only off 0.5 of the BL.
