The old 15mm ply and forget to add both sides mistake was it? All been there.

Definitely try and get a router to get perfect circles for the driver cutouts, then if you're feeling like you've got the hang of it makes jigs for the handles. Maybe it won't save much time for 3 cabs but it's good practice and then you have the jigs for any future builds too.
