Now then guys, I reallly need your help, i'm after an amp able to output about 1,200 watts per channel into 4 ohms to run a pair of 4 ohm 1,000 watt continuous rated mid/high cabs. I've got barely any money in the budget, say £450 maximum, what would you suggest?

I been looking at these :

T.Amp Proline 3000
Samson SX3200
Used QSC PLX3402 (if I could fine one that is)
Two bridged QSC RMX1450 (bridged into 4 ohms)
Used Crown XTI4000 (although I know myself that they can't sustain their rated power output)

They're Peavey UL215H cabs, i'm up for a PL236 definately, but I should think they're more than £450 used.

Nah a friend of mine had a Kam amplifier and it was obvious from the spl that it couldn't output it's rated power continuously, regardless of the specs stating RMS power.Plus I want as much of a decent amplifier as I can get for my money because next year i'm getting rid of the Peavey cabs and saving up for a pair of Nexo PS15 cabs.

I have a Wharfedale Pro MP2800 - 2x 950w 4ohm, 2x 1450w 2ohm, 2.7kw bridged at 4ohm - £250 - Spotless!

It's serious kit. Sounds great and extremely reliable.

Infact it used to run our PS15s (which are also for sale lol).
