HELP NEEDED! Can someone help me to scale it up a bit, to fit 21LW1400 and simulate it in hornresp? Plan is to build these monsters with 21" drivers :)

These Bertha's/Levan horns serve a different purpose than scoops. Look at most installations. Berthas + scoops on top for kick and upper bass. I suggest you build one and hear by yourself what you prefer.

so the single berthas would not be a good choice for mobile to have 4 of them compared to scoops or some other horn loaded cabinets ?

Sure, But nothing comes for free. Can't beat the laws of physics. To get deep bass, one needs larger volumes. And who cares if those bins are huge, they aren't meant to be moved around. ;-)
