Hey you lot,

Seen a studiomaster 700D on ebay fairly close to me for £50. Was gonna use it to power monitors for some events and use it to power a pair of tops on small events, is it worth putting a bid in or are the 700D amps complete crap? Smile

thanks

Good amps, I've had a 1200D for years and its had an absolute hammering, I used to run it bridged into 4r on bass and it didn't even get that hot to be honest, its got an easier life these days either running mid top 150hz and up or top end 1500 and up and sounds nice enough.

Ryan94 beat me to it, I was going to say about 200 a side into 8r, the sticker may say 'designed in England', mine has a Union Jack sticker on it but was assembled in India.

I have 2. They work very well.

I have always wondered if I can use the bridged output to power a 4r speaker?

I'm not sure those stickers were over-accurate.
