Trusty ADSL Modem/Router is showing it's age..
Need ADSL Modem with high spec firewall/VPN config, & separate Gigabit wireless router. Budget is £60 for ADSL Modem Router, and £50 for GigaBit switch. What's best out there, for the budget peeps? |

Combine the two and stretch your budget and you might get a Draytek Vigor 2710n

Old PC with PFsense on as a router and 3com/netgear Gbit switch....
I've got a GS724TP which has been online for a few years and never missed a beat, ADSL wise I use Linksys for everything now, for ADSL-1 you can't beat the old BT Efficient networks 78xx series (now seimens) as I hate any bit of kit with a wall wart power supply.
Not a fan of Draytek, too expensive for home use and too under spec'd for business use, TBH the BT 2wire units go for toss all and with a quick firmware flash are pretty good...
