For the first time ever I bought a new computer (laptop) and it is the worst thing I have ever done. About 4 times I've been ready to throw the F****** thing thru the window.

love how many places offer the option to 'downgrade' to win7 for extra cash when buying new, like PC world here offer it

if you hold the windows key and press x you get a list of useful stuff, stardock costs $10 USD and gives you a viable start button.
 
Quickest way to shutdown is windows key+ R then shutdown -s -t 0
 
It sucks.....
