It’s good that people still remember these long gone
companies who helped form the basis of the UK touring industry. Other companies included Star Hire before the specialised in staging and Bob Doyle’s Texserve before it became part of SSE. Anyone remember his monster Cerwin Vega bass bins? |

I worked a few gigs with Bob, also there was Hollywood PA in Brum which I believe also went into SSE.
