I would remove the front shaped baffle part as there is no need for it and it also makes it impossible for you to fit a nice full metal grill on the front for protection.

Here comes some new pics of process
Robbo was very right about grill? so I managed to increase verges and to put iron grill over them. Project have been almost finished I need to lay the third layer of paint and finish filters and then I can test them) http://foto..ua/6595185. - http://foto..ua/6595185. - 20140104_123328.jpg" border=""> http://foto..ua/6595186. - http://foto..ua/6595186. - 20140324_163650.jpg" border=""> http://foto..ua/6595187. - http://foto..ua/6595187. - 20140326_182411.jpg" border=""> http://foto..ua/6595188. - http://foto..ua/6595188. - 20140331_135246.jpg" border=""> http://foto..ua/6595189. - http://foto..ua/6595189. - 20140331_135305.jpg" border=""> http://foto..ua/6595190. - http://foto..ua/6595190. - 20140331_151351.jpg" border=""> Edited by D. monk - 02 April 2014 at 1:24pm |

Wow...that is pretty impressive finish.I love the way the grills are shaped.Currently i am designing almost the same box as yours but i have 2 drivers 15" RCF leftovers from another project that i will use and still need to decide on the CD.(the 2" are pretty expensive). I can see only 2 jacks in the back, are you planning to run them active or with an passive filter?
