Hi everyone!
First of all want to tell you that I`m newbie in building sound cabs, but here I`ll show you my attempts))))It will be great if you would  tell me about my mistakes))

I would remove the front shaped baffle part as there is no need for it and it also makes it impossible for you to fit a nice full metal grill on the front for protection.

You should have do that on the inside. Not the outside.

Wow...that is pretty impressive finish.I love the way the grills are shaped.Currently i am designing almost the same box as yours but i have 2 drivers 15" RCF leftovers from another project that i will use and still need to decide on the CD.(the 2" are pretty expensive). I can see only 2 jacks in the back,are you planning to run them active or with an passive filter?
