Basically each speaker requires a positive and a negative to make the come move. Therefore you have 2 wires per one speaker.

NL2 is a connection for one driver
NL4 is a connection for two drivers
NL8 is a connection for 4 drivers

Hope this helps.

most of us here would say not to bother with nl2. the nl2 sockets won't take an nl4 connector. nl4s are pretty much standard. nl8s are only used when you get in way deeper than you will for some time.

you'll spend a small amount more on nl4s.. but they're much easier to use and wire up, much more flexible (you might see in the future if you go further with your speaker hobby...), pretty much standard.

just go nl4.

That pic shows how to wire the sockets in parallel. So the nex box you plug in, the amp will see a parallel'd set of speaker boxes.

If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.

Yes ignore orther poles/tabs , also allows to config/change in the future so nl4s way to go

also remember the nl2 and nl4 connectors will mate with nl4 sockets, the nl4 connectors wont mate with a nl2 2pole socket...
