looks like its coming along well doubt you will need this;
Nitromors is pretty duff nowadays, you could try MC paint stripper (methylene chloride) it is for industrial use only and costs around £25 for 5l. |

I like that finish with King George did, is it possible to rebox an old Floodlights in trap shape but thinner 15 mm BB? Thanks!

I kind of thought of the same, I have a friend working in plastic, he has some very hard & extremely strong lightweight foamy plastic with a hard surface, it would be perfect for this. If the box was dropped I think it would provide very good protection.
