Voron, first I'd like to say thank you for what you're doing here. It's totally amazing, and it restores my faith in humanity.
I've got a -12P and a -15P, both with problems. The amplifiers appear to be identical. The -12P has exactly the same problem that so many here have, namely burnt resistors R61-R71, and an apparently shorted Q1. The value of those components is legible on the -15P board, so I'll be fine there.
The -15P has an odd problem: it's very weak in the bass. I do get clean signal through it from around 50Hz up to 12 or 14 KHz, but much quieter below about 300Hz. So guess what?
Could you please send me, too, a quality copy of those schematics for diagnostic purposes? My email: albertcamus99@protonmail.com.

So I got to thinking. A clean, bass-poor signal? Well that sounds like someone just turned down the bass control... So I actually read the manual for the ZLX-15P, and the part in the "DSP" section about adjusting for an added subwoofer stood out. I put the thing back together and turned it on, and sure enough, it was set up for a bass roll-off at 120Hz to compensate for a (nonexistent) sub. 

Can I still charge the speakers' owners for the repair?

Me again... I've rebuilt that resistor array (R61-71), and replaced Q1, but still no go. Now I suspect Q2, which will be hard to find... But without a scvhematic I can't be sure of anythhing much.
