" Hello, I have 2 15 "horn flares from Community (vb790).
I am urgently looking for the plan for the housing..and possible tip's for the construction."

The box size needs to be adjusted for the parameters of the woofer used.

It is not a bass horn, midbass at best, and reflex for the lowest octaves.

"That horn flare is a VB790. You could use a 15" or 18". With the 18 you can get down to 40Hz, and 45Hz with a 15. Part of the technique was to block off part of the port for different tunings and drivers.  Flare rate 70Hz. Suggest you use a reasonably steep high pass. This is not a sub woofer design, but works really well for BASS. With a 400 watt JBL of the time, we easily got 130+ out of the box, which was not bad for either the time or the size of the box. The factory box outside dimensions were 32.75"high, 25.5"wide, 24" deep. Before you make the box, check that the driver does not foul the back panel. The older ferrite drivers from JBL, TAD etc had a compact frame. Newer drivers are somewhat deeper."

14-1/2" deep is only good for an Fc of 233hz!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(based on the 1/4W depth of the horn)

Note the gain above 233hz with the EV woofer, the gain going away above the mass corner of the driver.
