Im looking for a decent horn for a 12"
ideal cuts are from 200 to 1000/1200kHz to put over a es18bph kicks.

depends from what ill find ready in stock.

What ive found around are:
mt121
mt122
fx12
mt130
mt-121-tda
Altec m17
jbl4512
f12cwh
smt212
celestion expo

upper i will go for some 2" and some 1" but in different boxes...
i can set delay and different sloope for the xovers.

Double stacked M17 or 4512 will rock. The horn shape will add 3-5 dB compared to a DR box.  VECTORSONICS

your be lucky to get the es18 up to 200hz, I found they start to honk from around 140hz like most 18" bph designs. You may be better using a 15" bph if you need to hit 200hz.

That said with a bit of eq the mt121 will play from 150hz to 900hz
the mt130 from about 180hz to 1k
smt212 from about 180hz to1.2k
mt121 from 160hz to 900hz
mt 121-tda from 160hz to 900hz

If you don't mind running 4 way another possibility is, Altec 816A from 140Hz to 250Hz, then MT121 from 250Hz to 1.2kHz, and a 1.5" comp from 1.2kHz up.

The compromise will be around 1kHz where the MT121 will start to suffer from a narrowing of dispersion, but not many will notice or care around this frequency.

thanks for all the replies...
many point of view as I expected :)

my sound is allready 5way active.

so the goal is to found a decent 12" horn plan that fit the 12ndl76 b&c. around 150/200hz to 800/1,2khz.

The Xpoint for ES could be lower, i will make some test asap, i need even to going forward in this project becuase the system now is far from me!

that's the most interesting thing!
what im looking for is just the 12" horn from al plan to combine with my 2" and 1".

I will put just 2 2" and 2 1" that are enough, the others cabs will be with fake flares... i used some times to put 4 12" and even with 3 2" the 2" are too much!

a second goal it to have all the 12" on the same horizzontal line.
I cant go upper because otherwise imo the driver will be too far from the ground, and ive no way to "direction" them on the ground.
A third goal is to have a shape that can avoid "comb filter" so i'll go for trapezoidal shape.
For that reason i'd like to understand if the internal volume of a sealed horn is almost influent like for the normal sealed boxes...

next step will be founding the right value for winisd and making some simulation i guess!

@Natty: You should use directivity, that's easiest for TDA's version and sim in 4,0 pi as well.
