In the PD 1550 the back of flange there is a thin rubber. I think it might be too thin, would it be good to put some extra insulation (rubber) there or is it necessary? It will of course flatten when the driver is mounted, so it would not be much difference for the depth position of the driver?

Congratulations to anyone who understands anything of the above text Clap

original thin rubber under the chassis is just ok. You'll see, when you thighten the srews, there will perfect seal. No need for extra rubber.
Support the scoop technology, larger mouth plays louder!

Very nicely done there fella... your camera on your fone leads a little to be desired though

If it sounds like a gorilla is trying to escape, turn it down.

The camera tries to compensate the light but does not do a very good Job😁

Finally ready!
The sound is softer thank I would have expected. I thought it would be very harsh and hard but it is very warm, until you put a lot of Power to it. Then the sound is soft still, but extremely loud compared to the letterbox I have. And this plays very deep, as deep as the letterbox.
