The Fane CD150 diaphragm is the same as CD145, so there you go.

Edit: Sorry, disregard that. It's actually said that the CD150 neo is the same diaphragm as the CD145, but the CD150 ferrite is a different driver.

Well, just to confuse things here's a diaphragm labelled as suitable for CD150n and the CD140, but nothing said about the CD145.

The spec sheet for the CD140 and the CD145 are identical so you'll probably be okay with that diapgrahm.
