Constantly being told during radio programs that I can download them from the BBC website, but for me that appears to be impossible.

I've registered, but looking at the programs that I want - The Craig Charles Funk & Soul Show on BBC Radio 6 shows only an option to listen - nothing about download at all.

I've managed to register and download some TV stuff that I wanted (The wife recommended Take That from the Festival in a Day a couple of days ago), and that has come thru fine - but the radio section just appears to send me around in circles.

I know that it can be done because they keep telling me, and I have downloaded programs from other sources.

If your vaccinations were mandatory and nobody in your class had measles,
then you know that you're not a Millenial kid.

Having chatted to 'Megan' on the BBC Chat facility I now know that the the iPlayer Radio App is for mobile devices only - despite the fact that the iPlayer TV App is available for desktop systems.

Dammit!!  Why does this world revolve around the mobile 'phone??

After using the BBC's contact pages I got a reply from iPlayer Support apologising and telling me that they plan to add support for PC downloads in the future.

And further contact from Audience Services asking me how helpful the reply was.

I think that I'm going to have to choose my words carefully LOL

In the meantime I'm recording the progs on my VirginMedia V6 Tivo box and will copy from there when it's convenient.
