I wasn't sure on the size either, but a quick measurement confirmed it would be just the job. A 1 metre piece will do nicely. At least one thing positive has come from today!
So someone has bought a VPS cloud whatever that is? along with some add ons for it using my bank details. 3 transactions in one day end of august and then one a day or so ago. Just noticed it this morning. Hopefully should get all the money back in a couple days. |

Happy to help! And my missus says that the random crap that I seem to remember never comes in handy! I wasn't sure if 610mm wide would be enough for a 4x12 cab so that's a bit of a bonus too. Hope getting your bank account sorted isn't too much of a headache either.

That's the stuff! and by happy coincidence 610mm is the exact width that it needs
I'll get some ordered up as soon as my bank account is unfrozen. Discovered today someone has somehow stolen my card details, and has been buying things and setting up standing orders! Thanks NJW I owe you a beer |

I'm sure Terralec used to sell something similar to what you need. Other than that I wonder if something not too aggressive like acetone would shift the paint or as a last resort, spray over it with a satin black rattle can?
Edit; they still sell the stuff I'm thinking of but it's only 2' wide; http://www.terralec.co.uk/covering__lining/nylon_fret_material/17060_p.html Edited by njw - 21 September 2017 at 8:02pm |

As you can see it doesn't look too good at the moment and needs putting back to original. |

Yes it's plastic. Would have been easier if it were metal, got access to a stripping tank!

Doesn't show any on the spares area of his website. May have to go with something different.
