   App stopped collecting my emails, from my paid for Exchange Server service, via IMAP.

Stated Owl addon, needed for IMAP collection, free status expired, need to pay.

I checked my email provider setup PDF, and used manual config, not Thunderbird auto config.

Now all working again, not using external addon to interface to Exchange Server, and more secure...
