Yep, but look at this one from the same seller:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/397331877665?
I started out in this business with nothing.
I still have most of it left.

Is that mud on the input panel? I hate to think in what condition those drivers might be!

WTF..

Nearly £5k for one 2x18 reflex cabinet that's been driven hard enough to force the cabinet apart (or dropped) with drivers that look like they've been left out in the rain. I've said before that I think that Funktion One is overpriced for what it is but f**k me.... LOL

Another brand that has the same sort of reliably expensive for the brand name, whilst really being something quite basic underneath

These are no more than basic tp link unmanaged switches, in a fancy blue metal box with ethercons and a powercon input, yet they had a premium price point when they were new, and people think they have residue value because of it. Their managed switches are very good for making complicated networking very simple for people in the industry, but you pay a large premium for it. Anyone who knows what these are inside isn’t going to pay this sort of price for them.

I have a pair of 40 year old tse218's in better condition

One has to conclude the seller is hoping that Steve Gray's Nuneaton fantasy prices are realistic..

Meantime Stefan at Audio plus is punting br218s at just under 5k a pair and one knows,  they will be in immaculate condition..

Audio Plus UK – are temporarily offering increased discounts on second hand Funktion-One equipment. Worldwide shipping is possible.
Funktion-One:
- BR218 subs black almost like new – £4900 per pair +vat

Went over to Nuneaton a couple of years ago - fun to look at Steve's new red Ferrari.

Here we go again (as predicted):

"relisted due to time waster"  = the buyer realised what they were really getting (and ebay has made it almost impossible to leave bad feedback)
