Keeping the amps clean is good once in a while. Depends on storage conditions, amount of use (more use = less dust due to fans being run a lot more often) and environment the amps are used in.

hang on did you say your running the ukp at 4 ohm bridged because as far i rember there only suppose to go to 8ohm bridged not surprised there getting a bit warm there mate hehe more ukp abuse andy!

to numtie you are right it does say that on the back i only read the bit wear it says 4 ohm minimum i just looked a bit closer and next to that it says it says 8 ohm bridged min its hard to see cus its faided this might exsplane y ther getting hot iv have been running them for about two 2 years like this and they hav never let me down ther realy well built defo need to get an amp that would suit the rs220s better sound..

500-600 a pair seems to be going rate for the 220's on speakerplans but do sometimes see them going for a lot more.
