Hi there,
I am new here and getting started to inform myself on all sort of topics related to box building. My aim and idea right now would be to build some sort of mini Soundsystem which would fit in a bigger car. I Play Reggae&Dub music, so i am looking to find the smallest possible box with the most output and low frequency response. but it should also be used for all other kinds of electronic music, considering that with friends we are organizing a lot of different events. Until now the "best" solution i found regarding the sub section would be a paraflex Type O CRAM Version 2x12". Has anyone some experience with them? About the top section i am not sure yet but thinking to skip the kicks for now and finding a mid top that can do the rest. A friend of mine made some Syntrips which could be a great option but a difficult build. So has anyone any ideas or inputs to give me? Would be happy about any feedback on the Type O´s but also further reccomendations, ideas etc. Greetings

That is a bloody difficult size sub for a car (367mm x 1000mm x 678mm) and for the money you spend on the drivers you can easily build more compact or more capable subs. For tops I like to buy some old pro gear for little money, always nice to trade up over time.
