Electro voice ZLX 12p Loud popping on power up AND

   I have recently repaired a broken EV ZLX 12p. PSU section. Now powers up, display on, after issue below plays music flawlessly.
However on Power Up and Power down I hear several frighteningly Loud Pops / Cracking noises for a second or two. Even when volume controls are fully down. 

I checked the components in the Mute circuit, they appear fine?

1. Can anyone share a copy of the power Amplifier section schematic ? I have PSU and Pre amp schematics already. 

2. Has anyone ever had this condition and fixed it? If so , how?

3. Any ideas on how to suppress this. Could it be Flyback from output inductors?

	Every Week Someone drops off a Powered Speaker with Amp Problems for Repair.....D-Class = JUNK.
