Hello,

I´ve got a question about the 1850 horn, when you want to make a simulation of this speaker, where does the horn start? and where does the compression chamber ends?

Why do I ask this question, because by a regular horn the driver is directly in front of the throat and that is where the compression chamber stops and the horn begins. But by the 1850 horn the driver is coupled at the site of the horn and there is overlap between the front (compression) chamber and the start of the horn (throat).

If anyone knows what te input parameters are for: Throat, hornlength etc. or a print screen from the input parameters from hornresp then I love to see that! Then I can better understand this horn and make my own simulation.

Kind Regards,

Martin Ottens

I've got to add a question to my last post:

What is the hornlength of the 1850 Horn? Maybe around 180 cm?

Kind Regards,
