there we go.. two of the wires coming out the transformer will be joined together and this point is ground (0v) what voltage (ac) do you have between ground and each of the other 2 wires? Also under the 2 heatsinks there are voltage regulators, set your multi meter for dc.. what voltage are you getting between ground and each of the 3 pins on each reg.. note them down and come back with the results..

Just to update: Pre amp new to user, but dates back to 2015.
As with most items with a fault, best to contact manufacturer for guidance/advice. I'm sure it will soon be restored so music can flow. |
