Pretty dull, almost entirely remote controlling stuff. It is quite a good insight into what people do with their computers.
1 - MMC with RDP to servers and HTTPS to router admin panels etc
2 - Outlook (more RDP, published app)
3 - Internet Explorer
4 - Putty SSH

Windows 7Media Center on Xbox 360 is probably the top, haha, bit of a telly addict. uTorrent and ShowRSS ¬.¬ too.
