what does this mean?
 
it happens when i double click on traktor icon from the desktop

Error codes are meaningless, although it's the ram being addressed if yer interested.
The top bit says it all, Drive not ready.
Right click on the shortcut and click properties. Click find target.
Can it?
If not look at the path in the properties, is it a drive letter on your PC?
It just is.
