Hi guys

My xta dp448 is having a recurring problem that when I turn it on, it boots up but the interface only illuminates, and doesn't start up properly. I can see black boxes across the screen instead of the startup text. This has happened before and we believed it to be the battery so replaced it and it worked for about a month.. can't afford to keep replacing the battery does anyone have any idea what the issue is?

send it back to XTA , the service costs are very very reasonable and you'll get the unit back safe in the knowledge that it is fixed and fixed properly

The dp448 is still a current xta model. 2 series are fully legacy.
