Total Q (Qts) .56
Compliance Equivalent Vol. (Vas) 239.9 Liters/8.47cu. ft.
Voice Coil Overhang (Xmax) 9.8mm

According to the above specs, that driver is dying to be in a huge reflex.

I heard 4 in FANE design scoops, and after you walked 2 feet away, you couldn't hear or feel the Bass.

2 months later, I heard the same set, this time scoops were loaded with  Void V18. The same cab with same Amps  threw the bass approx 30 feet. Bass wasn't deep, just ridiculously loud.

Fane XB, L18P300, TBX100 might have been lot deeper, but not as loud.

Make sure scoop has huge front chamber if your're gonna try kilomax in it.

See below thread.

Q above 0.38, ported subs become difficult to tune non boomy.Especially in this case.

Also the high Q demands a large enclosure, and with a low tune to control boomyness, which increases excursion above this low tuning.

What kind of bass it give?

Thunderous like PD186? Boomy 1 note? Deep? Chest Kicking kind of upper bass?

Mykey said some sound system at Notting Hill Carnival uses Kilomax loaded scoops and sounded very good.
Wonder if that was the 15 inch or 18 inch version though? As I heard the 15 inch version ain't that bad, compaired to the lousy 18 inch version.
