Recently acquired 4 Martin H2 cabs and planning to run a pair per side on top of of dual 18'' reflex bins. Running the cabs in passive mode it's around 360 @ 8 ohm per cab, i have the following amps spare which i can use but have following issues

1) EV P1250  - provides 550@4  so it might be slightly under power
2) Yamaha XP7000 - provides 1100@4 might be too much for the cabs

I had a QSC RMX 2450 which i recently sold which would have been an ideal choice i think, what you guys think of the above 2 or should i go for something different.

Ideally something like CA9 or 2400 would have been perfect, i also sold my QSC RMX 2450 which would have been similar to these two. When i stack the 2 H2s on top the reflex bins do they need to be tied to stop them slipping?

for safety ya as reflex bins can get fairly bouncy, i prefer to have the reflex bin horizontal and a hollow box (purpose built) on top so i can put the h2's beside each other to get wider dispersion and not point comps/mids at ear level.
