eminence 12" midflares

   if i was to make the 1x12" flare as per the plans. how would i do the curve? ill get some 3/4mm ply fo that bit if i have too! 
er i have no idea how to work out how long the bendy bits would have to be cut or how to secure them to the back of the mounting.also i take it the drivers would have to screw in from behind as if they were mounted from the front the flair wouldnt be able to attach?

	a pair of? will you still have them in a couple of weeks? if so will they get down to 160hz? wher would i need to get too? just agrred to sell my guitar stack to my girlfriends brother in about a week and a halfe so id have the cash!
