im all quite new to this but im about to start my first build and im going for x12s. i would like to use x2 bms 12n620, beyma cp755Ti with a 18 sound XT1464 horn, but the x12 plans dont allow enough room to fit all this in. im going to put the ports on the back and i can gain a little extra by offsetting the 12s but its not quite enough, still needs 30mm ish. if i was to make the boxes that much bigger how much would it affect the tuning? has anyone done this before or can somebody give me some hints?

2x12" + XT1464 in a box 1m tall with the ports on the front. Can be done with just a little thought....

looks good, but did you have to do anything about the tuning? the x12 plans are only 900mm tall.

They're not really X12's, I basically did my own design from scratch just using the X12 as the original inspiration. The tuning was calculated using WinISD and a bit of educated guesswork to get the ports right.
