Smaller 19 inch can be ordered and lead time is 6+ months.
Biiger one that is of my interest can not be ordered yet. They dont even have time frame when it will be available for the public.

Thanks, that's valuable info

The smaller 19 is available at TLHP by two pieces. But its parameters seem off. The math aint mathing there with Qes and Bl. I'm waiting for next RCF reception at TLHP, which should be around the corner, if those 16"s arrive too.

Getting spiteful though. SoMeOnE is putting 18DS115 in 80l(net) bins soon. Tongue

Unfortunately, the local news on these drivers are grim. In 3-6 months, the local distributor should get just one piece of LN16S400 for testing.

And so I wenr oldschool again and four LF18X451s should be mine this month. Saaaaad.

So, LN19S400 available at TLHP France, but T&S parameters seem to be off. The awaited/anticipated LN19S450 not available yet, but T&S parameters (Bl) also seem to be off. I cannot resist to test it though, so I am waiting for my local (fairly big)shop to stock them too, and borrow/purchase one for measurement. If these are any good, the X451s will go...

The LN16S400 actually looks as exciting, because with its size, weight and excursion capabilities, it can replace many older 18"s in extremely small and light package.

Oof. November is around the corner, and LN16S400 with LN19S450 still unavailable make me crazy.

Lately I was digging into drivers overexcursion modes, and found out that even the stiff 18DS115 with fairly longer coil was flying at average excursion of 20mm one way, peaking at 25mm in B&C Speakers LSI/Klippel measurement. Not even thinking using it that way, but maybe, 15mm one way RMS peaks might not be that harmful for such driver. Also it doesn't add up with the Bl curve with such long coil. It looks those measurements (along with Kms) are not perfectly isolated. Almost all coil in the gap should not cause 50% Bl drop. A lot to learn, still...

The LN19S450 Bl figure doesn't add up in Hornresp. Can't properly simulate I put paws on the physical driver.

November. Still no info. The LN series gets new parameter vakues though. Still somewhat incoherent, but halfway more to expectations. LN19S400 gets 17mm Xmax, LN19S450 gets 19mm Xmax, bigger Xdamage and lower Q values to better match with the Bl value. I'm now certain I'm laying paws on these once they come.

Who bought the LN19S400 from TLHP, hmm? Would you be so kind, sir and let us know your notes? Many thanks.

Still eyeballing the S450 almost daily. Can't wait to get my hands on em.

I think it was like that for many days. Or very similar.
I am excited for LN19S450, but as it is not coming, my patience running out, my frustration growing.
Already selling LF18X451s, wondering if I would/should go for 21"s again.

21DS115
San215.30
San214.50

Still possible. I would like to, but RCF being quiet 9 months about their drivers is too much. It looks LN16S400 is scheduled for next two weeks, so maybe these come together. If not, I will have to move on with 21"s.

The local shop having LN19S450s preordered long ago informed me that they will have em on february at soonest.

The San215.30 beast was sold on TLHP before I managed to decide, now with 18 weeks of leadtime. Was fool to not buy em in the first place.

The new Precision Devices PD.2160-1N is available for some markup approaching $1000/€1000. It would be lovely driver to get despite the price, but has very stiff suspension and manufacturer does not respond to provide Klippel/Kms data to show what it does at Xmax.  It might as well perform as 40% cheaper LaVoce for my use. I have been encouraged by the seller though, to get one and test it, and decide if I like em or not.

LaVoce San214.50 is still an option, but unwelcome, 18DS115 is out due to its suspension limits.

21SW152 doesn't enough excursion, 18Sound and Eminence beasts do not give best bang for buck ratio.

Celestion TSQ2145 too stiff, TSQ1845 also, similar to B&C offerings.

Who would have thought that extreme designs have hard time to find suitable product.

So much for my journey for the moment.

Looks like LN19S450 was discontinued before it started selling?
