Sensible option is to get these reconed by Roy at RMJ. They aren't bad drivers and a freshen up would put you in a good spot for well over half of replacing them with something better.

HPF filter set to 40hz then work out some limiter settings using the Funktion One limiter calculator on their website and you should be good to go 👍🏻

Having your High pass filter set correctly is so so so important in a horn where there isn't a whole lot of free air cooling going on. You want to take as much un needed energy away from the driver as possible.

Unfortunately I'm based in Denmark so not sure if that would be possible...

With the B&C 18TBX100, I see they are for sale on a website which I can get a good discount on through a friend of mine. Would prob be easiest option logistically and financially

unpopular option but friend of mine had pd1851s in them and it sounded brutal, but better not take my word for it as they were the only CVs i heard and only 2 of them witch is not ideal
