There's been other discussion on DIYAudio as well, with the main aim to knock down the peak at the high end of the passband

If nothing else, Fredrik's work are great examples of DIY testing done well

The use of a QW resonator/reflector should not be ruled out, as I previously mentioned it is an intresting take, but the main principle idea I wanted to share with you does not make use of such a device, that's no to say it could not be incorporated in some way, if we see the need to do so later on, presuming that the idea I put forward ever makes it into the probable domain, it is still not suggested that there is validity to what I sugest, I simply want us to think about it and share our thoughts on the subject.
