I've considered replacing my wood wide panels (25mm rebate) with some metal panels.

However I was wondering how this would affect the structural integrity of the cabinet, as it would be a different material, different resonce, etc.

I could easily machine a texture aluminium panel, which would give a slightly higher surface area, and would help radiate heat from the chamber.

i was also wondering about the heat disipation in the PII's microchamber (plus they look tasty on the labs!), also i can't seem to find that post about the benefit in lagging the chamber or hornpath, or was that elsewhere?

PGWLE: Were you giving the Punishers the full 1500W each?  How did your mid tops cope with them?  I thought the RCFs were only rated at aout 300W each...
